At The Gift Oasis, we deliver to destinations inside and outside the UK.

We will notify you of the delivery costs automatically before payment is confirmed.

Any deliveries outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which will be your responsibility where they apply. In this case, you should be advised by the shipping company as to the charges due or alternatively contact your nearest customs office. Unfortunately The Gift Oasis can’t advise you on these charges and is not responsible for them.

If any of these local import or custom charges are not paid by the customer, then it’s possible the item could be returned to The Gift Oasis or destroyed if too expensive to be returned. If this happens, it’s possible that we will not be able to refund you for the order. Additionally, we wouldn’t be able to provide a refund for any original postage costs and could only refund for the products returned minus any costs incurred through returning them to The Gift Oasis.

The Gift Oasis provides a range of delivery services which depend on the address we are delivering to. For a Mainland UK address we offer Express Delivery and Standard Delivery.

These orders are sent either by 1st Class Royal Mail or by Royal Mail Special Delivery. For Special Delivery, it requires a signature and operates between 7am and 1pm on weekdays. To ensure delivery, please specify an address where somebody will be available to sign for your Order between these hours.

The Gift Oasis makes every effort to deliver with the time stated on the website but we will not be liable for any losses caused by the late delivery.

In the circumstance of a Product not being delivered within the estimated time quoted, please get in touch with us by phone or email and we will try to make sure you receive your Order as soon as possible. If you wish, you can cancel your Order and we will refund you the money paid.

It’s worth noting that Royal Mail items usually arrive within 1-3 working days.

Orders despatched outside of the UK will be delivered via DHL Global Mail, this service is often dependent on the delivery address. Orders being delivered to Ireland can expect a delivery time of 5-10 working days. Orders to the EU have an arrival time of 5-14 working days. Rest of the world and Italy can expect their order to arrive anytime between 10-20 working days. Please note working days are Monday to Friday and this service is not tracked.

If the delivery is going outside the UK and you require it quickly then please choosed DHL Express when checking out. This is a timed and tracked service.

Please make sure you place your order with The Gift Oasis in good time to prevent any disappointment or loss from delayed delivery time as we cannot be responsible for this. It does not, however, affect your statutory rights as a consumer.


Returns

We make it our business to stock quality products that meet your gift buying needs. But there may be times when something isn’t right or needs to be returned. We have tried to keep this process as simple and hassle-free as possible and these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

  • Damaged on Arrival

    If a part of your order, or all of your order arrived damaged, please contact our customer services team at support@thegiftoasis.com and provide them with photos of the item(s) in question.

  • Defective/Faulty

    If part of your order has arrived and is either faulty or doesn't work, please contact our customer services team at support@thegiftoasis.com with an outline of the problem you are experiencing. If possible, please provide any photos that may highlight the problem you have had with the item(s) in question.

  • Wrong Item Received

    If you've opened your order to find that we've sent you the wrong item, please contact our customer services team at support@thegiftoasis.com regarding what you originally ordered and what you received instead.

  • Delivered Too Late

    If your order arrived with you later than expected and was required for a specific event that has come and gone in that time please contact our customer services team at support@thegiftoasis.com to arrange the return/refund.

  • Not As Described On Website

    If the item that you ordered is different to how it has been described on the website, please contact our customer services team at support@thegiftoasis.com to arrange the return, refund or exchange along with how the item may differ from its description so we're able to resurrect this problem so it doesn't occur again.
